How to proceed

The idea here is to look for a typical user / client problems. You may refer to the empathy map method.

Here is how we proceed:

  • choose a typical user and describe him
  • 5 minutes to answer individually to the question : what is his biggest problem ?
  • 30 minutes of debriefing :
  • 30 minutes  to classify problems: frequency, level of importance, …
